Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date it is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with tags, and have the receipt or proof of purchase. If returning by post, please include a brief note as to why you are returning the item and the action you would like taken.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If an item is ineligible for a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs we incur to return the item to them.
We only refund return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our behalf.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable on exchanges for a different size, colour, or product.

If you require an exchange, we will ship out the replacement items free of charge so you will not incur an additional shipping cost.

Personalised Orders

If the item you ordered has been personalised or made to order / bespoke in any way, exchanges or refunds are not an option.
